All pricing is on my website and are published at their starting points for services. Prices may vary due to certain factors, such as hair's length, density, and condition; the complexity of the service; and/or the amount of products being used.
Where do I find pricing?
What is your cancellation and late arrival policy?
I respect that your time is valuable and your schedule may be hectic. I make every effort to maintain flexibility and punctuality. I ask for the same from you. I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This ensures flexibility in managing my appointments with other guests, and allows for adequate time to fill that space. Less than 24 hour notice is subject to a $25 per service fee due by your next appointment. (i.e. a highlight and haircut would total $50 for the 3 services that were scheduled). If you cancel less than 12 hours a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
If you arrive late to your scheduled time, please know that I will do my best to accommodate. If other guests' appointments will be affected we may need to reschedule.
Sometimes, life gets the better of us. I understand. Please, communicate with me to find the best possible out come for everyone.
What should I do if I'm not happy?
I take pride in making every guest happy. If you are not satisfied with your service and need a minor adjustment to your haircut, color or lashes, please let me know without hesitation within 3 days of your service date to schedule a revision. I value and welcome the feedback, and will do whatever I can to remedy the situation. The revision policy does not include a full change in the original and agreed upon service, and any revision requests made after the 3 day period from the original service date will be under the discretion of my approval. While this is rare, it is important to communicate my policy. Communication is key and I can't help you otherwise. Don't stress over the discomforts of confrontation... I am here to please and will not make you feel bad or uncomfortable. Chances are that I can rework some magic and you will be so relieved that you said something!
What if i leave with wet hair and am not happy with my finished results?
Because results are most accurately evaluated on hair that has been dried, smoothed, and properly finished, services are only guaranteed when the hair is blown dry in the salon. If you opt to leave the salon without a styling service, you are relinquishing your means to the revision policy.
